Pimms, Sunshine and Jack Johnson #LittleLoves

The last week has flown by, the weekend brought a blast of sunshine which meant we actually sat outside! Then the week was a mixed bag of rain and sun. I can’t believe we have only three more days off and then its back to the usual school run and work routine!

Read

I haven’t really read any books this week. I did really love reading Life as Our Little Family post about the Warner Brother Studio Tour. H has just started to love the first two Harry Potter films and I am a massive fan of the books so a trip will need to be planned soon!

Watched

We went to the cinema to watch Zootropolis this week. I absolutely loved it. Such a great feel good film. The song at the end is so catchy too! I would defiantly recommend this if you haven’t seen it yet.

 Made

With the sunny weather of the weekend I “made” a BBQ meal! It was really last minute but was oh so yummy! I can’t wait for some more sunny days so we can enjoy more alfresco dinning!! I love this photo of H and his huge burger.

I also made my first Pimms of the year; which was so yummy!

Wore

I have worn flip flops in the garden this week and flats without tights! It is so nice to not be wearing boots! I may even pack all my boots away this weekend!! I think I am going to treat myself to a pair of gold flats from Next. I just love them!!

Heard

I have been listening to Jack Johnson in the car loads. I love the sunny feel of his music and his first album brings back such lovely memories.

And Finally

I have started planning a little celebration for the Queens 90th birthday. I love a party so this is the perfect excuse to have a little celebration of all things British!! I am on the lookout for the perfect tableware and pinning yummy food ideas.
